Jason Falco owns and operates Stand Strong Fencing, a provider of residential and commercial fencing in the Denver area, which has accumulated more than 300 installations in its first year. Offering wooden, metal, and composite fencing, Jason Falco refines the firm’s business plan and maximizes marketing opportunities. In addition, he oversees the company’s daily operations, mentors staff, and negotiates with suppliers, as well as manages finances. His efforts earned him the 2024 Brand Champion Award for bringing in the most revenues ($1.36 million in the first 12 months) of any franchisee, surpassing expectations for new locations by 189 percent.

Mr. Falco also operates Falcos West, a consultancy specializing in business process outsourcing (BPO). Earlier, he spent several years as a top executive at MCI BPO, where he facilitated profitable operations of call centers. In addition, he directed vendors and managed alternative markets for CenturyLink Communications.

A graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a BA in business administration and marketing, Mr. Falco later obtained a master’s degree in technology management with an emphasis on leadership from the University of Denver. He also holds a Project Management Certificate from the University of Colorado. An avid golfer, he also enjoys skiing and has traveled to over 20 countries.
